Need HELP... does anyone know what exactly Tramadol 37.5/325mg APAP is? will it help if im dope sick? how many would i have to take to equal a roxycodone 30mg? SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER!! im very sick right now... waiting for a reply..

It should help a little bit...I wouldn't take much more than 150-200mg of it at once though...

Tramadol is a very weak "opiate", even though technically its not a real opiate, I dont know the exact number that would equal that. You say your dopesicc? you mean from heroin right? or are you talking about from roxis? I really don't think tramadol would help from heroin withdrawl but again I'm not sure what exactly what your "dopesicc" from.

If anything I agree with the above, maybe 250-300mgs though, it's not advised to go over 400mgs due to it can cause seizures.

I take all of these (whenever i can find any of them or i go to the doctor): roxys 30mg, delodid K8, morph 60mg, methadone150mg, etc.... no street heroin tho, its all garbage in my area.

Ok, but what are you exactly dopesick from? Just those opiates in general? or what specific one? Whens the last time you've taken any of those?

I've taken 450 mg at one time and felt very wired and mildly relaxed. I like the buzz, but pretty much once you have a peak experience on it its useless unless you take huge doses which is very unadvised.

Yes, he means Dilaudid. To the OP: What you have on your hands are Ultracet, containing tramadol and APAP (tylenol). Don't exceed 4,000 mg APAP OR 400 mg tramadol daily. These will likely help some in wd's, tramadol is an opioid.

The worst drug experience of my life was on Tramadol, I have been using prescription pure codine for 3 years due to a back injury, I had run out and a friend said he had some Tramadol and gave me a couple of them.

They were 200's per pill, slow release. ( I didn't know they were slow release when I took them).

So I took 1 pill and felt little effects after 1 hour so I took the second one, that makes 400 Tramadol total.

Within 30 minutes I got waves and waves of nausea, vomited non stop for 10 hours, I would spend 20 minutes hanging on to the bathroom sink just convulsing and heaving my by now empty stomach and then go and try to lie down, within 5 minutes I was back at the sink vomiting again, it just wouldn't stop, and the slow release meant I had to just deal with it as a 12 hour nightmare.

It was honestly the sickest I have ever been on any drug and scared me shitless towards the end.

Just a thing to bear in mind before you start upping the dose or fooling with this drug.

peace

thats 400mg spread out over 24 hours...thats what I take, but in IR form...hell...I took 500mg today...it's just not for some people...

Tramadol/apap can be cold water extracted. The first thing you want to do is remove the tylenol. The second is to remember to not take over 600mg of tramadol within a 24 hour period. The third is to keep in mind that tramadol, although a weak opioid receptor agonist, does have its own significant withdrawal symptoms due to its nature of releasing norepinephrine.

there's no point in removing it if he's only taking that much/day...

not as long as he's only taking the stuff to get through withdrawal, but I would honestly take about 200 MAYBE 250mg BID (twice per day)...

This is a very good point. Tramadol is a special drug and shouldn't be treated like just another opioid..

ohhh man. i used to like trams. last yr when i relapsed after 10 months off opies, i started using trams daily. i would take about 250-300 mg a day. When i got heavy into dope, i didnt hit any withdrawal from trams when i stopped. Anyways, today i took 150 mgs of tram while on subs. Ive been on subs for 2 months now. Anyways i took 150 mgs today with the subs (heard they have a good synergy when used together). Jesus what an awful feeling. Thrashed the fuuuuck out of my stomach. An hour after I ate it i was shaking somewhat. Felt like i was close to seizure city to be honest. Brutal experience, hate them now...no more trams for me.

^^^ I would say 400mg per 24 hours should be considered the maximum safe limit, not 600mg. Someone on this forum seized at less than 400mg so you want to keep your doses as low as possible.
