I hear you. I have no idea how to quantify the seretogenic effects of tramadol but I do know that tram potentates itself. For example, if you took a single dose of 200mg all at once, the effects are less than taking 4 50mg pills every hour for 4 hours...
I think the other blue lighters are talking in general about tram and MDMA use but with some differences between regular vs rare users. To the point: if you only took tram once and had 36 hours between the dose and your roll the chance of any interactions is less than a daily tram user who takes the same dose and same time between the tram and MDMA. Tram has a long half-life and the drug can build up in your system. Your body adapts and stops producing its normal level of serotonin and norepinephrine. Upon cessation of the tram it takes a long while for your body to balance itself...hence, the snri withdrawal symptoms.
You are absolutely right that your oxy use has increased your tolerance on the tram opiate effects, but the tram/MDMA concers are really about the snri side of tram. Further, the 400mg cap on daily tramadol intake is driven by the lowered seizure threshold of tram...not the opioid effects or the snri. Generally speaking, you should never exceed 400mg in a 24 hour period and to be safe, you should try to stay below that. Granted, I am a hypocrit here as I take 350-400mg daily...but am trying to taper that down.
Good call on skipping those trams this morning. While your safest play is to skip the e tonight, I think you will be ok with the 36 hour break. Just take it slow and don't go crazy and gobble multiple pills tonight. Also keep in mind that your roll might have a delayed onset and could be diminished by the lingering effects of the tram snri in your system. I will refer agin to shambles who know about SS well...24 hours on either side is the minimum to avoid SS...the more he better. If you take the e tonight, do not start back on the trams until Sunday at the earliest.
Good luck bro...please report back.
