Bupe Tramadol for Bupe wd

Yeah it helps, I wouldn't dare call it "great" though.
You need to wait 48h before starting the tramadol for full effect. There are actually a couple of reasons for this I don't feel like going through this moment, but the main one is tolerance.
Wait until your really dope sick, and it can keep you from total hell. It definitely will keep your legs from jumping.(It's even prescribed for that).
Be sure to research tramadol first, though, it's a strange drug. And it takes (roughly) 3 hours to reach full effect, so don't redose for at least 3-4h to get full effect.
The max dose is 200(but start with 150 if you haven't taken it before) with a MAXIMUM of 400mg per 24 hours.
And remember, the longer you wait to start the tramadol, the more effective they will be(after 36-48hrs with no bupe they will help A LITTLE BIT, but 72hrs or more and they can be surprisingly helpful.
