Tramadol earlier in the day, then 2 at night?

I was reading that taking them a few hours before could bring up the effectiveness of Tramadols? I normally take 2 50mgs at night, any way I can potentiate these anymore other than the occasional grapefruit juice? I read about eating fatty foods 15-30 minutes after, and rolaids. I have never taken more than 100mgs, so I am wondering if taking an extra one throughout the day, or just take all 3 at night would be best?

Also wondering if it is safe to take with Lyrica 200mgs at night, if I end up taking an extra Tram 50mg (150mg total) earlier on in the day?

Greater metabolism into O-desmethyltramadol, the active metabolite, is what is gained by staggering your doses. You would get best effects if you were to stagger you effective dose in 50mg chunks every 45 minutes or so, not to exceed 300-400mg total.

You would definitely be safe to take a total of 200mg. There is a point where dosing higher becomes dangerous due to seizure risk, and that is at around 400mg.

Would another 25mgs make a difference? i've only gone to 100mgs with this, not really feeling much of an effect unless i wait a few days (which i have now). want the same effect again, and just to have fun tonight with a few friends.

So do I stagger on an empty stomach? Or eat a little something fatty after each pill? Would another half pill bring the euphoria back a bit?

go 50mg, wait 30min, 50mg more, wait 30min, 50mg more. Then eat something fatty if you want to speed up the last one kicking in. Should get u good if 100mg doesn't cut it anymore.
The staggering is to make the 2nd and 3rd dose more effective. The BA for tramadol (the metabolism to O-DT, the active metabolite) will be increased when tramadol is already present in your system. That's why people often stagger doses with tramadol. It's why I prefer the XR formulation which basically staggers your dose for you.

Damn that sounds awesome. I'm trying that now. On dose 2, waiting another 20 minutes and about to take either a half or the whole 3rd pill and eat.

45 minutes in: I already feel this way more intense than I've felt. It's almost like I've taken it for the first time all over again. I normally don't wait and eat 15-30 minutes after, as that had a good effect. But this is WAY more intense.. think I'll maybe need a half pill, if not just these two and start eating now. I'm starving and haven't ate in 4-5 hours.
