Tramadol + Drinking

Hi guys just a quick question, a quick resposne would be great as well -

I took 50mg of tramadol this morning at 715am, it's now 515pm and in about 2-3 hours I plan on having some beers as i'm turning 18. Being that it will be around 12 hours at that point since I took the tramadol (and I know the duration of its effects are long) would It be safe to have say 3-4 beers ? I'm quite confident ill be fine but just in case should I be cautious?

it isn't advised as they both slow down your breathing, but to be honest at that dose i think you should be fine. i've taken 200mg with alcohol before, and apart from slight nausea i was fine.
