Tramadol CWE?

It would depend on the dosages you're taking. Assuming you have Ultracet(as I think its the only preparation with APAP) then taking a few would be fine. However if you're going up to the 400mg limit then yes a CWE would be advised because you're reaching around 3500mg of APAP. While it is not a lethal dose of APAP, it sure is hell aint good on your health. So the decision is yours.

Now rather if you can CWE tram then that's different. You could check out the megathread but I believe it is since it's soluble in water.

I don't know if you can CWE tramadol but if you can I would,who wants a bunch of acetaminophen to mess up the liver anyway if you wanna get your buzz on! And of course to clarify acetaminophen is APAP As I am sure you already know,but I just wanted to make it clear in case anyone reading was not sure.
