Heya, I see everywhere that the effects you get from tramadol mainly depends from the brands you get...

So which one are the bests? :)

And I did read that for a opiate naive dosage between 100 and 150mg is recommend, right?

Thank you :)

Bluelight doesn't allow brand discussion. As to your other question, start with 50mg and work up. Some people are better metabolizers of tram than others, and it can take a bit to fully kick in, so give it some time before re dosing. Do a quick search and you'll get more answers.

I should add, be sure to stay under 400mg. Tram in large doses is more likely to cause seizure, although its been reported at small doses too.

With respect to dosage, start with the smallest unit possible (e.g. a single pill). Not only will this increase the strength of subsequent doses (because of the way tramadol works) but you'll also have plenty of opportunity to back out. The nausea can be really quite extreme in some new users even at therapeutic doses.

Personally I was taking well over a gram a day for quite some time and I was pretty lucky not to have a seizure so definitely bear twotoomany's advice in mind.

i was about to mention my fav brand but i forgot the rule lol...

250 mg puts me in a nice dreamy yet stimulated daze.

only negative sides i experience are headaches and nausea if i don't have a tolerance.

i like the fact that tolerance doesn't build TOO fast to this med though compared to say, hydrocodone or oxy.

i don't recommend an opiate naive person to go past 150 their first time though, 250 for me is an awesome dose, 300 is heavy, and i'm a 220 pound, fit dude.
