Tramadol automatic reorder

Without going into any sourcing, I was purchasing tramadol from an online pharmacy which writes you an actual script and overnights it. I have purchased from this vendor several times in the last few months, I never noticed there was an automatic reorder button on their form. This morning I get a fedex knock and an order of Tramadol was at my door. I didn't order it and it caused my account to go into overdraft when I checked. They ordered it for me without my knowledge, upon further inspection of their order screen they have an automatic reorder box already checked and it was my responsibility to uncheck it before my last order. I did not notice this and now my account is overdrafted. Is there any recourse or action I can take ?

Did you refuse the package? If not you may have no recourse. That definately sux.

Contact the site and ask them about it, if you haven't opened it you may be able to return it to them.

call your bank ASAP, tell them the situation. you were charged without your consent.

just buy it and take em. consider it a bonus. make sure to cancel with the pharm though for the future.

I disputed the charge and reported it to my bank as fraud. I didn't tell them I recieved the pills, I just said my card was charged. They refunded the money. and I still kept the pills haha fuck em.
