Opioids Tramadol and Smoking Cigs

That was his first post. He probably did a Google search and found this thread and registered. And on the topic of the thread, I know opis make people smoke more, but tram is a nicotinic acetylcholine antagonist, and I'm sure that has a lot to do with tram doing the same.

Tramadol makes me so nauseous by itself usually that smoking cigarettes on top of it has a good chance of making me puke. Therefore I do not want to smoke on tramadol. On all other opiates it's great though.
