Tramadol and seizures? (how often to they happen?)

Alrite well this is it, my last dose, 300mgs of tramadol and 10 mgs of hydrocodone. It really is as I officially have no more and no more way of getting it, past couple days I was taking 5mgs of diazepam with them, Is me dosing tonight without the benzo im used to gonna make me have a seizure possibilly? Sorry guys I know Ive made alot
of threads the past couple days, but this whole tramadol isnt an ACTUAL opiate thing and can causes seizures freaks me the fucc out sometimes! Lol ive been fine the past couple days taking it with no problems at all but again Ive been dosing from ranges 200-350mgs of tramadol and been taking that 5mg diazepam with it. Tonight I dont have a
benzo, not addicted or anything and have NEVER had a seizure in my life from anything, don't know if that matters lol, anyway just help me out guys, its my last high and just wanna enjoy it SEIZURE FREE if its possible haha, so
again 300mgs of trams and 10mgs of hydro (all of them i chew). Thanks guys

the recommended dose not to exceed because of the tramadol lowering the seizure threshold is 400mg over a 24 hour period. there are accounts of people taking much lower doses than that and having seizure. these seem to be far and few between though.

personally i think the hype of seizures surrounding tramadol is just that and overplayed a lot but in the interest of harm reduction is best to point out and err on the safe side.

with larger doses (not recommended) an anti-emetic will help somewhat to prevent the possibility of a seizure.
