Opioids Tramadol and Nardil

I am aware of possible combination of serotonin syndrome with these two drugs my question is I have been on nardil for 6 days at a dose of 60mg a day...how many days do i have to be off nardil for til i can take tramadol?
really bad back..would 6 days off nardil be safe enough?
 
NOTHING less than 2 weeks, maybe 3 weeks to be safe. Serotonin syndrome is usually talked about too much since you won't get it from taking let's say, zoloft and tramadol, but when you're talking about an irreversible MAOi, yeah, precautions are life saving. Try getting something like codeine or hydrocodone in the meantime.
