Been on trams for a back problem, ive had a 200mg dose about 2 hours ago and my mate just turned up woth a load of miaow. Okay for me to have a line or best avoided?

I have never done either drug but there was a thread on here recently about mixing stimulants with Tramadol and the message was it is absolutely not a good combo. Something to do with siezures and it's a very dangerous, dysphoric combo.

yeah, tramadol and most stims both lower the seizure threshold, also tramadol acts as an SNRI, which may be dangerous in combination with substituted cathinone as it can lead to shit like serotonin syndrome. in general i'd advise to stay clear.

Is there any place that has tramadol's common reactions when used with other drugs, both good and bad? It seems like one not to mix with too much, as it can apparently cause risk of seizueres, and it can apparently help cause serotinin syndrome when used with other drugs that work on serotonin, due to its SNRI (or was it SSRI?) properties.

Do not combine. Tramadol has a nasty interaction profile. It lowers the siezure threshold (which is bad in combination with stimulants and other drugs that also lower the siezure threshold - which meph almost certainly does), it acts as an SNRI (contraindicated in combination with triple releasers like mephedrone), and it has a record of causing serotonin syndrome in combination with recreational drugs.

I would avoid combining tramadol with damned near anything.

This. Combining it with any stimulant may lead to seizures, combining it with anything serotonergic may lead to serotonin syndrome, and combining it with any depressant leads to increased respiratory depression and possible cardiac arrest.

It's a dirty drug and affects all kinds of sites in the brain, with action at receptors you wouldn't expect, and I really can't recommend combining it with anything other than a benzo (assuming one is tolerant and sticks to strictly therapeutic doses of both - the equivalent of 5-10mg diazepam may ease muscle spasms and tension from tramadol).
