Tramadol and Klonopin combo

Better to take the tramadol on it's own or would a few mgs of klonopin compliment the high?

I tried tramadol for the first time while I was on Klonopin 0.5 mg TID, and let me say I loved it. Of course opioids + benzos = potentially dangerous, but maybe 0.5 mg Klonopin would be a good addition to the tramadol. Do you have opioid or benzo tolerance? I'd recommend 100 mg tramadol for someone with no or little tolerance, you could add maybe 0.5 mg Klonopin, but don't have to. I wouldn't add more than that.

I ended taking 250 mgs of tramadol and 4 mg of klonopin and a little ativan. Of course I smoked smoke medical bud over it, but it was one the most euphoric highs i've had in awhile.

Tramadol doesn't cause resp. depression near as severely as others.
Benzos are generally safe with tramadol if doses are reasonable. Especially safe under a physicians orders.
