Tramadol and Heroin - Experienced - Nice addi[c]tion to the H.. + a Q.

I was given 100 50mg Tramadol capsules for back pain that I've been having for quite a few weeks. Was supposed to take 1 capsule 4 times a day.
This did nothing to help, so I gradually increased the dose until I got to the point of taking around 500mg, making sure I took a Diazepam to lessen the chance of seizures.
Yet still, it did fuck all for the pain, and I'd had enough of it completely. So I ended up scoring some smack.
I'd ingest 200mg of Tramadol, have a few smokes, then a few hours later on take another 200mg of Tramadol. Alone, the Tramadol did nothing really, not even much of an Opiate high, but ofcourse with Heroin in the mix, there was a noticeable difference in not just the pain relief, but both the intensity of the high and the duration of how long smoking would usually last. I'm nodding out a bit whilst typing actually..

It's not bad for withdrawals... could be much better though. I was actually surprised at how weak such doses of Tram alone are. I get much more relief out of a Codeine CWE of around 130mg.... rather odd, no?

So I guess this comes with a question too. Does anyone else actually get anything out of Tramadol who's used Heroin?

I find that using the heroin before the taking the trammies is waaaay more pleasurable. I mostly snort heroin but sometimes i shoot if theres some coke in the mix or if i just feel like shooting because i miss the rush of an IV injection; when i snort/shoot the H first i get a nice noddy high and then take a low dose of tramadol (around 200-300mg) which i find prolongs the effect of the H and the overall intensity of the high BUT..if i dont smoke any weed or hash after i ingest the tramadol the high tends to get a little less "noddy" (the only 2 opioids that i cannot use without cannabis are oxycodone and tramadol cuz both have that 'slight stimulating effect' and cannabis seems to diminish or at least help me get into the noddy/dream-like state of opiates). IF i do tramadol before i do the heroin i get no rush whatsoever from either injecting or snorting but i do get high on the H.
