tramadol and dxm

So i used the search engine and couldent find anything but
Would it be okay to take 190-200mg of dxm when i have taken 200mg of tramadol today? There both low doses i don't believe there should he much danger but just to make sure i wanna clear it up with you guys.
I took the tram early in the day too so i feel i should be good

I wouldn't combine them. Both are serotonin reuptake inhibitors, so you're risking shit like serotonin syndrome there. You're also gonna get problems with side effects like nausea etc.

^ yes, absolutely. DXM is serotonergic and tramadol inhibits the reuptake of serotonin. Can cause serotonin syndrome and be very dangerous, and as nAON said is likely to make you feel like shit too..
