Now i believe i have tried this combo in the past and had a good experience. But i wanted to get other peoples inputs.
Im planning on using 200-300 mg of Tramadol and 180-240 mg of DXM.

I know there is a risk of serotonin syndrome but i dont believe i have had a problem before.
Any problems that could occur?
what should i expect?

Just because you think you might have been fine in the past, does not mean you should try repeating it.

At THERAPEUTIC DOSES, its safe to combine the two drugs but you are far exceeding the therapeutic dose for BOTH drugs.

I would absolutely advise against this combination because of how serious complications like serotonin syndrome can be. Since this is inquiring about a basic drug combination, its still better suited for BDD though so off ya go.

high risk for serotonin syndrome, i wouldn't suggest it.

DXM and another opiate like oxycodone, hydrocodone, or codeine would be a better and safer combo.
