As the title said this question really is just more outta curiosity than anything cause I couldn't find an answer to it. =P
I take Sertraline(Zoloft) 100mgs per day for Anxiety, and Lamotrigine (Lamictal), 150mgs per day per day for Derealization/Depersonalization disorder.
I've taken Tramadol in low(er) doses before without any ill side effects, but, I was careful cause of the risk of the interaction with Zoloft.
My question though is this, Zoloft can increase the probability of not only Serotonin Syndrome, but also Seizures.
However, Lamotrigine has anti-seizure properties.
Would they counter-act it each other? Or would one overpower the other? If so, would it raise or lower the seizure threshold?
