Opioids Tramadol and Diphenoxylate for wd?

I've snorted a few 8mg Hydromorphone this weekend, it's fucking amazing. I'm worried about tomorrow though, dilaudids are out of stock right now, all i have is like 14 Diphenoxylate 2.5(i'm not even worried about taht miniscule amount of atropine fuck it) and about 200mg tramadol.
The thing is it was my first time with dilaudid, and when i woke up the this morning i felt like hot shit till i took a line.

First of all can Diphenoxylate and Tramadol be combined safely and effectively?

Will it help with any w/d symptoms i may get as i have to attend college tues., and could the combo+a few ativan+ a blunt possibly get me effectivley stoned?

I wouldn't combine diphen and tramadol, simply because you have more drug to go around then. I also wouldn't mix the 2 cos neither of them are particularly selective drugs anyway.

Diphenoxylate if titrated properly is probably going to be your best bet, take a bunch of those - many people dont get "good" opioid effects with tramadol. The ativan and marijuana will also help a good deal.

Diphenoxylate is sort of like a loperamide type thing where it's got high affinity for peripheral opi receptors, but only modest affinity for central ones. Unlike loperamide though it crosses the BBB nicely and should produce a nice experience.

Some people find that tramadol just makes them more whacked out in opi w/d's, but ymmv. It's probably tied to individual metabolism to desmethyltramadol. (I.e. if you find tramadol really euphoric, use that instead, but it's not likely)

Thankfully the rule of thumb with opioids is the withdrawals are comparable in duration to the drug itself, so w/d from hydromorph should be short but painful. In the best case (if youve only been messing with opis for a few days) your w/d will probably be fairly mild and you could probably get away with no meds at all.

Yea i only did the Dilaudid about 3 days in a row, i read that hydromorh does indeed have a short and painful wd since it's half life is only 2-3 hours. I never really quit taking opiates, just when i can't find them or am broke.
I'm not planning to be in severe withdrawal or anything, but i know i'll probably be mad and hurting.
Tramadol used to get me high a few years ago, now they just kind of....make me twitch, and itch some.

I'm thinking i'll probably save the tram and diphen for tommorow, with the help of some xanax+ativan and mary jane to sleep tonight.

I'd like to take the tramadol and diphen at the same time though to get at least SOME effect, my question is can they be safely combined?
Or would there be a chance of seretonin syndrome or something(idk how lomotil works, i've read it's simalar to Demerol and that acts on dopamine and noradrinaline or some shit, and tramadol acts on seretonin and Na i believe).

So basically would it be safe or no?

It would probably be safe, but it's got a good likelihood that it might leave you feeling unpleasant.

Alright i took 10 lomotil and 100mg tramadol, and fell not half bad.
I'm pretty sure i slept through any acute wd i would have had, last night i took a xanax bar, had a beer or 3 and a blunt and went to bed. I did alot more moving then i normally do when asleep on 2mg xanax though, usually my sheets and me dont even move, but they were pretty all over the place this mornign, but i felt ok, a little hot, and had to shit really bad(ya know lol).
at about 11:00 i took the 10 diphen and an hour later 2 50mg tramadol and 1mg lorazepam. It's no hydromorphone, but heh not bad, i'd reccomend this combo to anybody who is going through some minor wd and need to function.
I'd almost say it's euphoric, but no nod, and not really any noticabel opiod effects except i feel about 95%better.
I got all my homework done, so if anything it's better than adderall lol..
Anyway thanks for the help sekio, i think i'm going to smoke a half a blunt here in a few and finally relax..
