Today at 6 pm I took a very small crystal of supposed 80% MDMA Id say maybe 50 mg, felt a little moody afterwards but thats it. But I really need to know if I can take 150 mg tramadol next morning at 6 am (12 hours later) would be safe? I.E with sertonin syndrome and all, I just want to be safe taking my trams. ( Also took 100 mg of tram 24 before the MDMA if it matters) All I need is a quick answer, thanks.
