Opioids Tramadol after DXM

Time:Initial dose - 200 mg DXM
+3hours - 200 mg DXM
+6 hours after initial dose - 400 mg DXM

Additional info:
Almost no tolerance to DXM lately.
Last time when I've taken 400mg I've reached upper third plateau (I think I'm vulnerable to this substance or idk)

Questions:
1. Will I reach plateau sigma? Are there any chances of reaching plateau sigma with this dosage?

2. +10 hours after initial dose - taking 200 mg of tramadol to constrict pupils,would that affect anything severely?
Will I get miosis from it for a good period of time?

*Whenever I'm tripping on DXM on doses higher than 600mg,I trip at least 2 days.
What would happen if I would take the Tramadol while I may be still tripping because of the DXM converting into DXO?

Should I take less Tramadol? More? Is it dangerous to take it 10+ hours after initial dose?

I would not mix it, if you have a small amount of codeine 50mg is ok. DXM is better not mixed with other medication cannabis is better for the change in headspace. How long do you "trip" for, are you referring to the afterglow that lingers after initial trip?

I'm talking about the DXO trip that starts while the DXM afterglow.
The DXO trip in my case has OEV's and intense CEV's.
I can get codeine but last time when I've taken it,the pupil constriction was not enough,I think.And haven't felt almost anything,maybe because I was on a full stomach.
Would it be enough to stop the pupil dilation from dxm for a couple of hours at least?

I've heard about people mixing it with tramadol,all I want to know is if there is death risk or seizure-risk or anything like that in the doses that I've specified.

what I would be concerned of would be the risk of Serotonin Syndrome but I don't know much about tramadol tbh

well,I shall lower the tramadol dose to 100mg then,maybe its better this way,at least it will be safer.
