Tramadol (50mg) + Oxycodone (5mg)

Hey guys im still a newbie so feel free to move this..

My pet has a prescription for Tramadol and Oxycodone as he has just had his appendix out. My pet is fairly new to oxy and is floating on 10mg right now.. Its nice and cozy. He would like to trip like fuck tonight before bed.. What dose would be good for oxy and tramadol together? Maybe 10mg oxy and 1 50mg capsule of IR tramadol?

1) Stop using SWIM/Animal references, we don't do this on bluelight, it's against forum rules. It provides no anonymity/legal protection, it's just very annoying to read.

2) If you're new to Oxy and Tramadol it's advisable to try Tramadol without Oxy first. Tramadol's a synthetic opioid that also affects serotonin levels in your brain. A lot of people hate the feeling of a Tramadol high. Though I happen to really enjoy it.

3) The usual therapeutic dose of Tramadol for pain relief is 100mg, so try taking 200mg without Oxy to see if you enjoy it first. That should give you quite a bit of a buzz and a feel for what it's like.

4) Abusing Tramadol, even in small doses, can lead to seizures, some are more prone than others. Serotonin Syndrome is something very serious which can result in death. For harm reduction purposes, I would advise you not to abuse Tramadol at all, but if you are insistent, do not use more than 400mg in a day.

5) I personally prefer not to mix opioids for a high, it's nice to experience different highs from different opioids because they all have their own high which is different from another.
 
I'm new too, trying to find my way here. Has anyone used fentlyn patch or methadone pills to assit with oxycodone short release 60 mg per day for wd? Which one, how did it help? Not sure how much or how it works, any advice is appreciated. I'm unable to start my own question so I have to bump into comments so I can get help. I am talking short term use 4-5 days max. I know the dangers of both but what helped you the most. Tried ct and not happening, please understand. The doc uses tramaodol to wean, not sure if that would help either. Any good advise. I'm trying to avoid wd for the most part.
 
^ agree with snake eyes about the percs. percs were the holy grail to me when i started doing opiates and before i found out about oxys. i still love them, i may need to take alot more than i used to but they still do the job
 
Nah theyre not perocets, theyre just pure oxycodone hcl 5mg IR tablets, the tram is generic 50mg IR capsules. You know what i meant by trip man... I was nodding like fuck. Tramadol is more of a drunken nod a dissasociated feel to it, oxy was a nice warm opi nod/buzz very plesant
 
So in the end i did it.. 15mg of oxy (10mg of that insufflated) 5 mg swallowed. 100mg of tramadol IR.

I swallowed 1.5 tablespoons of baking soda 10 mins before hand and before that i had a small dose of dxm. Took some benadryl about 50mg. Swallowed all the swallowable pills then insufflated the rest. I can give a pretty acurate summary of the out come of the high.

It lasted ~10 hours. Mainly consisted of a very prominant opiate nod combined with the drunken dissasociated feel of the dxm and tramadol. Small amount of itchies but was a very nice trip indeed. My tablets contain no paracetamol or guanifisen etc so i didnt have to worry about a cwe anyone who has paracetamol in their tablets must do a cwe for your livers sake
 
In my opinion I would just stick with oxy's. I tried tramadol and i eventually had to take a lot (like 10 50mg's, probably wasn't a good idea to take so many) to feel anything. Never doing it again though, I didn't like the high at all. But I think the oxy with apsrin gives a totally different high than the real oxy's. For me it's usually just a head high.
 
tend to agree with this ^^. Although I only use my endone (oxycodone hcl 5mg IR) as per doctor's instructions, I have been on it for a long time now, and the duration of time it eases my pain is getting shorter and shorter. I also have some tramadol (both 100mg SR and 50mg IR) in the medicine cabinet, and I finally seem to have found some relief that will last for the whole day, without me going back to my doctor, and asking for an increase in oxy dosage p/day. Basically 1 x 100mg Tram in morning and 1 in the night, and continue having the endone as per doctor's instruction. My only concern is whether my doctor is going to allow it. By the sounds of things here, the mixing of the two is pretty much frowned upon. Would be extremely thankful if anyone had any thoughts or feedback on this (please).
