tramadol + 2cp safe or not?

I am thinking of trying the above combo. Do you think I would risk serotinin syndrome doing so?

be careful with with tramadol, several people i know have had seizures cause by tramadol, some mixed with opiates, some just a rx dose. it made me wary enough to stay away from it.
