Tramacet and codeine and antibiotics?

At around 4 I took 4 tramacet (37.5/325mg) and I didn't really get much effects. It's pretty lame lol. I'm also on the antibiotic amoxicillin which I took at the same time. It's 7 now the time that I'm posting this and before 12 I wanna know if it will be safe (on my liver mainly) to take 300mg of codeine syrup?

Yeah when I sip codeine which is every weekend I'd dose 300mg.
