TOUR - Q-dance Australia tour (Syd/Vic/Qld) Easter long weekend

Hey guys is anyone going to Q-dance??? This is going to be a massive event, i cant wait...........

If you're a fan of the harder edge of electronic music you'll no doubt be aware of the name Q-Dance. The Dutch dance megalith, founded in 1999, is renowned across the globe for their massive stadium events in Holland, which cater to those fans of dance music who like it hard and fast.

Specialising in the harder styles in dance music, they've helped to spawn names like DJ Zany, Luna and Pavo, who're some of the biggest identities of the hard dance styles, and in March of 2008 the brand is coming to Australia for the very first time. Descending on Australia over the Easter long weekend, Q-Dance are set to maintain the ethos of hosting huge arena parties.

21st March - Melbourne, The Palace Theatre

22nd March - Brisbane, The Arena

i would like to add with the cost that yes i have just noticed sydney gets shafted hahaa i didnt check out the other states ticketek links before but if you buy 3 tickets in sydney you get 1 free which works out to be around $80 per ticket.

Also when the tickets 1st got released in sydney the 1st lot were Gold VIP backstage passes which my mate got ahold of for us so we get the chance ot meet some of the guys :D

Just to let you all know they have sold a shitload of tickets.
Gold vip backstage, silver, bronze and 1st release are all allocation exhausted (sold out). They are now on their 2nd release, i think there will be one more release after this.

I'm surprised no one else had posted about this event!! It's the 1st time Q-dance has come to australia and hopefully it wont be the last! I cant wait, HARDSTYLE BABY.....
 
Hey, Kutski is playing. He's an amazing DJ. Probably the best turntablist in the hard dance scene but he'll probably be mixing a lot of old party hip hop and other obscurities as well. I won't be at this but I recommend that everyone see him.

This is going to be so fucking exciting!

I cant even believe its happening. I've listened to a few Q-dance promo cds and its OMG!

Interesting to see how many people will be attending this event. Hope it goes well for them!

I will be attending this one. I have to choose between Sydney or Melbourne.

If my friend bails on me, I will be going to Sydney.

The Melbourne venue holds bad memorys for me, so I'm not to thrilled if I end up going there.
 
I was in the city Saturday night and saw a massive double decker bus decked out in Q-Dance banners, flashing lights etc. Looks like they are doing some creative promotion for this event. Very cool.
