ya i think most of the lsd is soaked into the inside of the paper but theres gotta be atleast a little bit on the outside... just dont go wiping your finger on it probably will be fine

The best policy is too touch them as little as possible.

You can touch them on the way from the package to your mouth, but don't go touching them for no reason. A little touching is fine, but the more you touch, the more you risk screwing them up. There is no way that fondling your tabs will make them better.

Use tweezers to pick them up and whatnot?

That's what I always do just to be safe

I've herd friends mention that they can feel light threshold trips after cutting up and handling multiple sheets. Unless your hands are sweaty I do not see any reason that touching would do any harm to the LSD itself, unless there is something on your hands like alcohol or chlorine that may actually damage it.
