I'm slightly disappointed I ended up with trading cards instead of the stickers, the trading cards do seem to have a better shelf life though, they were still selling last seasons trading cards at the newsagent. They are sturdier too so can imagine them standing up well in a collection, much better than stickers, especially when you accidently dont get the stick in the 100% perfect place. I would like the sticker album too though, but I'm thinking it would be a lot of money to collect the trading cards and the sticker album, at 10p a card and I guess 10p a sticker, that's over 1000 stickers/card, not counting doubles, so a lot of money.
I'm gonna try and get some decent trading cards first then if adam west or anyone else is serious and shows me with pics or cam that they are collecting the stickers too then I'll join in with the stickers, the cards are pretty cool though. I want to open the rest now. I'll save it for youtube though.

Don't get me wrong, old sticker collections are cool. A lot of nostalgia, time obsession pouring over them. My mate used coloured pens and a ruler to draw up diagrams of every goal in the 86 world cup in an excercise book. any adult who can enter into collecting with the same feverish obsession as a 12 year old has issues.
