Hi men (I know it gets manly over here in SD),

I'm a college male, 6'1", 135 lbs, and turning 21 this month. I would like someone who knows more to help me out.

For what it's worth, I contribute a lot to ADD, so maybe SD will help me along a little...

I'm not trying to get ripped, I'm just a super skinny guy who also lacks much facial hair, still 85% of it is thin and has to be shaved around every 1-2 weeks :\. When people see it, it looks way worse than just being clean shaven, I think it's a big turn-off to girls.

I got topical testosterone gel today, and used the equivalent of 1.5 pumps of 1.62%. Either feel nothing or placebo of feeling more confident and assertive around college girls ;)

I want to know if it is reasonably safe for me to want to use this on a daily basis and see:
1) If I gain weight
2) If my facial hair thickens
3) If I feel different

Some Q's:
1) Is this reasonably safe
2) After applying it today, I've felt minor tightness/discomfort where my heart is, is this likely unrelated?
3) How long would I have to go off of it to get a natural T-level check from my doc?

Placebo is a powerful thing. You remind me of a kid on another forum I frequent that injected Trenbolone Aceate for the first time and claimed when he was washing his hair he got a pump and when he looked in the mirror he was almost brought to tears because he saw his physique changing. Mind you, this all occurred in the span of 3 hours.

Anyways, not a good idea. A majority of that topical Testosterone gets absorbed and turns into estrogen. Topical Test gel has a tendency to cause gyno in many males. If you experience weight gain it wont be muscle, it will be bloating from water. Your facial hair won't thicken.

Using it will stop natural production of Testosterone. Once you discontinue use, your Testosterone levels will be extremely low, your estrogen levels will soar.

You sound like a late bloomer. I wasn't able to grow full facial hair until 23. It's more common than you think. Some people can't grow a full face of hair until there late twenties.

Testosterone isn't for someone wanting to grow facial hair. Just keep shaving it and give it 2-3 more years.

Do this in the meantime. It will accelerate facial hair growth:

Make sure you have certain minerals and vitamins indicated as beneficial to hair growth in your diet. These daily nutrients include, but are not limited to, the following: 15,000 IU vitamin A; 50 mg each vitamins B3, 5, 6, and 12; 2 g vitamin C; 800 IU vitamin E; and 50 mg Biotin.

Get adequate sleep. Your body uses the time you are sleeping to repair, restore and refresh, and sleep will help your hair grow. Sleep means more human growth hormone and IGF-1 is released and both cause growth of cells.

Limit the amount of stress in your life and learn how to handle the stressors that are present; Stress causes excess cortisol and excess cortisol limits cellular growth.

Keep your face clean, moisturized and exfoliated to allow for good facial hair growth. Steam opens up pores for easier cleaning and closer shaving. Exfoliating removes the dead skin cells and keeps your pores and hair follicles clear. This will allow better hair growth and limit the incidences of ingrown hairs. Moisturizer keeps your skin healthy, which allows for better hair growth. If your skin is dry and flaking, you will have more ingrown hairs, and your facial hair growth will become stunted.
 
yes,try proper diet and lift iron first.... if you have low natty test,what de fak do you think happens when you stop the cycle


I reed someone had higher natty test post cycle,what probability do you think you have for this to happen to you bruw
 
A bit sorry to hear it, but thanks for the info guys.

Right before reading, I saw it was Guido, and decided that I'd take his advice even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear.

I'll get my hands on some weights, see if I can do myself some good that way.

You shouldn't even start anything like that before thoroughy researching the subject for a long time. There are many negative side effects that could happen to your body / hormones / physical apperance that are very serious and would undoubtedly arise without proper prior preparation and damage control.



You just need to eat. Eat a little bit more everyday and work your way up from there. When you feel like you are full and can't eat anymore take a drink wait a minute or two and have a few more bites, no matter how full you feel. Repeat everyday and take a little more everyday. You will find, as millions have before you, that your stomach will adapt and get a little bigger every week. Eventually you'll be able to eat 2x as much as you do now. Test wouldn't do shit for you if you didn't change your habits. If you wanna spend your money on something and add to it, buy something like a weight gain shake. not fucking test.

Daily caloric intake: 5000+ minimum.
Daily protein intake: 350gr+ minimum.

Learn how to train properly for mass gains. It all begins in the kitchen brother. Eat eat eat eat!! Pack the freezer with steaks...lean cuts with very little fat.
