Did you ever post a list?

Nope, but I'll try . . .

[in no specific order, except for maybe the first one]

Bright Eyes - Lifted
Explosions in the Sky - Those Who Tell the Truth
MF DOOM - Operation Doomsday
DJ Spooky - Under the Influence
Madlib - Beat Konducta Vol. 5-6
Modest Mouse - Lonesome Crowded West
J Dilla - Donuts
Deltron 3030 - Deltron 3030
Boards of Canada - Music Has a Right to Children
Jel - Greenball

Not so much 'best of all time' as it is a list of some top favorite albums that I usually listen start to finish because they have little to no weak tracks.

Nice I haven't listened to Greenball in a real long time. Thanks for reminding me of it.
Are you a Subtle fan as well?

Yeah they're good but I find Doseone's voice distracting, same problem with Themselves. I like listening to Jel's beats without any vocals. I know this isn't the right thread, but if you liked Jel's Greenball you might like Sixtoo's Jackals and Vipers in Envy of Man. DAT PIANO. Chances are you've heard of him though, he's also on Anticon.

The Moon And Antarctica doesn't get the love it deserves

It's really a toss up for me between those two albums. But The Moon & Antarctica doesn't quite have the lo-fi sound LCW had. If you wanna talk about a Modest Mouse album that doesn't get enough love look at "This is a Long Drive".

Never actually listened to any Sixtoo, I'll check it now though thanks.

I fell in love with Subtle because of Doseone. But I do find you have to read the lyrics along with the songs otherwise his words are too hard to make out a lot of the time. From there I soon fell in love with Jel, seeing what a major part he played in Subtle and all. His solo stuff is just as good, imo.

i love the moon and antarctica but my absolute favorite modest mouse album is the fruit that ate itself. i think this is a long drive for someone with nothing to think about gets its fair share of love.

3. Pink Floyd - The Wall
4. Are You Experienced - Jimi Hendrix Experience
