i was recently reading something here about a method of rolling a dollar bill and having it stay rolled, but i'll be damned if i can find it again.
if anyone wants to know, here's how i do it.

You could do that or you could pull the filter out of a cigarette butt and fit the dollar bill inside the cigarette paper. It works very well.

This is the thread you are looking for, it is in Other Drugs Archive. I read TABula rasa's post in there and his description works very well. I don't quite do it like the pics showed, but it works.

that method makes my method look stupid...heh...

another trick to do it is to cut the filter off a cigerette, pull out the filter from the inside of the orange paper
you are now left with an orange tube bout an inch long, roll up a bill and pop it thru the tube it will keep a bill perfectly rolled for aslong as you need it.
