Yeah I know, I just never had chest pains like i have now, that is why I was wondering. Thanks for the response

it's more than likely from combining respiratory depressants, it's a dangerous combo in higher doses

I know, but since it has been 7 hours since i took the tylonel it should almost be out of my system.
