Took tramadol and phenibut, having worrisome effects

Hello, this is my first post on Bluelight, and unfortunately it's not a positve one. I'm getting really anxious about some symptoms I am experiencing related to tramadol. Seven hours ago I took 4 grams Phenibut (Synthetic GABA with a phenyl group that enters the brain easier than normal GABA). Two hours ago I took 100mg instant release tramadol. I don't normally take tramadol since I'm afraid of seizures and I have access to real opiates. I only took some now since I figured phenibut would raise my seizure threshold lke benzos. I took 200mg once before with no effects good or bad. However, now my hands are a little tingly and my fingers and hand keep twitching, making it hard to type this on my phone. My head hurts just slightly. I keep nodding off from the Phenibut and then jerking awake with a little spasm in my legs and a popping sound in my head. (Happens to me sometimes sober but not three times in a row like now. I think its a form of a mini seizure that almost everyone gets occasionally.) I am dizzier than I was on the pheni alone. So should I be worried? I have someone else with me; she knows I took Phenibut but not tramadol. I know I didn't take too much but I've always had a fear of seizures and am getting really nervous. Hate to make my second post a bump but I could really use some advice. I should add that I took adderall XR crushed to IR 10mg this morning as I do daily for ADD. Crushed since doc won't give me IR, hate the insomnia XR gives me. I am tapering off so this tiny amount with my kind of tolerance should not be affecting me 14 hours later. The feelings havent gone away and now I feel a markedly drug-induced anxiety. Almost like what I'd think the berginnings of a panic attack would feel like. Still cant type right. I'm not addicted to pheni. Should I take some more pheni to keep my seizure threshold up(Assuming it does that) or would this be a bad idea?

well i GUESS you'll be fine considering that the tramadol dose you took is kinda low - from what i know it's over 400mg you should worry. i've went up to 400mg with no problems but tramadol doesn't get me high at all, so idk

that, plus phenibut as a GABAergic should have at least a few anti-seizure effects, so again, i guess you'll be fine... may be you're just nodding from the downer combo and snapping out of it?? that happens

If I remember correctly phenibut, like baclofen, actually lowers your seizure threshold. From what I understand this isn't uncommon with GABAb agonists. Still though, with such a low tramadol dose I'd be surprised if you were at significant risk of seizing.
