Opioids took suboxone now find out i start methadone clinic tomorrow

so its taking me like 3 weeks to get on the clinic the main prob was i only had suboxone in my system when i was first tested there...

...so i had went threw all the bs of trying to get on methadone in my state... after my evaluation on Thursday i was told to call Tuesday to see when i could see when i could get an appointment last night (Tuesday) i was in horrible w/d so i couldn't hold off any longer and it had been 24 hours since my last use of heroin...yesterday at 3pm i took 4mg of suboxone didnt touch my w/d so i was taking 2mgs of xanax every 4 hours to try to just get back to sleep...(witch is prescribed and ok with the clinic ) ..then when buddy left for work at 6am he kindly gave me another 4mgs of suboxone ...so at 730 i call the clinic and to my surprise they say i can come in at 715am the next day (Wednesday) morning and see the doc and start my first dose ... they told me on the phone that i would have to stay away from suboxone for 24 hours before dosing or i will become really sick (ISNT THAT BS AND THE OTHER WAY AROUND) im just worried that im going to feel like shit for the a week on the clinic cause i was mostly bouncing back and forth from dope and subs..the subs never held me well at allmbut better then not having anything ... i just wish i never took that last 4mg and hour before i called them...

now do you think when they urine my the can test the levels of xanax because doesnt that have to go to the lab? they would be dosing me that day?

i have a high tolarance and doubt that the 25 -30 mgs is going to hold me ..i maybe able to get some street methadone till my does gets stable for like a week but have not had much money latley or is that a bad idea?

It's hard to say, every clinic is different but i doubt it. In nyc they start you at 30 or 40mgs. I think you should be careful with dosing your xanax but seeing as your tolerance is pretty decent you won't feel too bad. you might feel a little shitty for a couple days so ask them to up your dose depending how you feel. Actually i'm pretty sure you can take the suboxone right until you get your meth, just becareful with the dosing while taking methadone, you never know how your body will react mixing these strong opiates and benzo's.

dude methodone withdrawals are probably the worst withdrawals ever because they last for MONTHS no joke. Suboxone does to (if you don't taper) but its less intense
