Misc Took eph + caffeine - is this normal??

I just took 25 mg Ephedrine HCl and drank two cups of caffeinated tea. My face is incredibly red and hot - is this normal?

Now my hands are icy cold.

Both are normal. Flushing/sweats from caffeine, vasoconstriction in extremeties from ephedrine

Normal, especially if it's your first time. After a while the sides get much less severe.
