So i have been depressed for a while, and on Saturday i went out with friends and had a fair bit of alcohol and ended up taking a random pill (my first ever pill) but i have had 3/4 times prior MDMA use. The night was great with laughing and dancing etc, at around 6am we went to a friends flat and smoked a lot of weed. I then went home to try and sleep, i was pretty wrecked and had this huge pressure in the back left of my head (my brain?), the day after was just as bad, and ever since i have been in a weird dream state. My vision is very blurry, but i went to an opticians who said my eyes were fine, i went to a doctor who said my heart, lungs and blood pressure are all fine as well. I feel distant with reality, but i can still function and speak quite fluently, i've researched it and i think it's depersonalization? I have read other forums and people have said it goes away with time, which i am unsure of.. i'm sat here 4 days later with my whole left side of my brain tingling, constant light headedness and i have the shakes.. but i have still functioned

I've exercised a lot daily, drank water, i haven't drank or smoked cigs or weed since, is it just the seritonin working it's way back in, or should i go and see a doctor immediately?

Can't deal with all of this brain pressure, dreamy state and my muscles twitching/shaking, please help?

All I can really come up with is to start taking a multivitamin and fishoil daily and work out? I mean this will improve your health a lot mabye your brain is just fried from the expirience. I'd say give it a week.

Hang in there. It'll pass soon. It'll be very gradual, though, so don't be in a rush.

I'd say eat better, continue drinking water, and exercise but don't go all out.

Good luck and stay safe.

I've had that before, after my first and last MDMA binge I felt verrry hungover for a week after stopping. I felt a lingering feeling of stimulation, dreamlike CEV's, snowwy vision in the dark, head tingling and headaches in base of head, and the feeling of my brain being fried in a way that I felt non-existant.
