Been up several hours and still my pinky and ring finger are tingling and numb. I can still feel though and move them perfectly fine. Just numb and tingly down the side of my hand to my wrist and stops there. Think it’s a pinched nerve? I am borderline diabetic or pre diabetic so maybe it’s that? Idk I was just in the er last week for lithium toxicity which it turned out being nothing. I really don’t want to have to go back.

Did you pass out? Or did you just go to sleep normally? I've passed out at my desk on a bunch of pregabs before and woke up with my whole arm numb, took hours to go away fully. If you passed out awkwardly, yeah it's probably just like a pinched nerve/ restricted blood flow to that area for too long. The fact that you can still move and feel them well is a good sign though I would say. How do they look? Are they a normal colour or white like someone with Raynaud's? Is your nail bed nice and pink or kind of bluish? If you press on it does the colour return quickly? Press until it turns white, your capillaries should refill and colour should return within two seconds.

Restricted blood supply could cause damage to a certain area though but if it looks healthy now I'd probably just wait it out a bit more, do you feel like it's reduced at all in the last few hours? If it continues though, yeah probably talk to a doctor about it as restricted blood supply for too long could cause damage and I've heard tales of people passing out awkwardly and getting long term nerve damage but I'd say that's not too common.

Hopefully, it's all good by tomorrow 🤞

Just making this a reply so you see it, I always forget to do that

It ended up going away on its own after I woke up today so basically I woke up with it yesterday and I woke up without it today. Kinda like John bobbit
