Took a single orange transformer lastnight. Looking for some insight.

Last night on a whim and in a down mood bought an orange transformer in the southern new england area. About an hour in it felt like a come up.. But then all spiraled to hell. It was speedy, heart racing, and restlessness for the next 8 hours. The pill was extremely hard pressed, i now know in retrospect too hard pressed for nearly any mdma to be present. I suspect pipes, meth, or speed bomb. It is now 12 hours after ingesting the pill orally, still havnt slept, and after a come down from HELL, Im left with a minor headache. Just looking for any insight as to pinpoint what it could have been from likewise experiances, and possibly anything i can do to help my body rid of whatever the fuck is in it.

benadryl to help you sleep
eat a hearty meal

No ganja for me at the moment, but thanks for the other pointers man.

The transformer pills have a horrible reputation and the cut out are well known piperazine pills. If you have no sleeping pills etc then don't try and sleep, it just adds to the frustration.

Try and get comfortable and ride it out - easier said than done I know. Music / TV - couple of beers etc.
