Took 80mg Vyvanse, Fell Asleep

Basically the title tells it all. I took 80mg vyvanse at around 12:00 am, hoping for a little euphoria and a night of staying up and practicing guitar to no end because I have nothing to do tomorrow, but I keep falling asleep. I will wake up every 2-3 hours or so, but then I just get the overwhelming urge to sleep so I get in bed and do so. What the hell? This shouldn't be happening. I should be wired. I take 90mg methadone every morning, but I don't think that should effect this. Took the blue-ish and white capsules with a s489 40 mg imprint. They are not old, they're from a recent refill from a friend. I do not normally take vyvanse. I have taken the 70's in high school - it did not feel like this. What's going on? Any ideas? I have no tolerance - I should be WIRED. I feel sleepy. I'm going to go back to bed now. Goodnight. lol

depending on what type of methadone u take it can have a paradoxical efffect. I believe its to do with a interaction between the two, and your testosterone levels. I could be wrong on that
 
Just a warning! Had a guy screw us out of a lot of of money for vyvanse by opening the capsule and replacing the drug with sugar, then put the capsule back together. Might've happened
 
Nah these were from my friends purse. She keeps them in a little daily pill holder for her use. She gave me like 4 from her little stash. She is prescribed them and takes them as prescribed when she has something to do that day. She had just gotten a refill.
The thing is, I took my methadone (90mg) at like 9 am. I took these vyvanse at like 12:00 am. So about 15 hours had passed. The mdone should NOT have such a strong effect on this. Or does it? I have no clue.
I have also recently been taking 200mg wellbutrin 100mg 2x a day. Could this negate 80mg vyvanse? I've only been taking the wellbutrin for like 2 days.
Why is this happening, its sooo weird. With no tolerance 80mg of vyvanse should have had me so freaking speedy, methadone and wellbutrin or not. So odd...........
