yes, i've since seen this one, but it's a misleading map. lots of countries are shown red here, whereas at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fluoridation_by_country it says that the same countries have never flouridated their water or have stopped flouridating a long time ago. some examples are: china, austria, denmark, france, sweden. other countries shown in red such as thailand and sri lanka actually defluoridate their water.
also lots and lots of countries that don't fluoridate are simply shown as "no data".
