Too much opana? Need some advice

Hey.. So I'm a bit concerned about my friend. I personally think she is okay.. Just overdid it a bit. She's been blowing lines since the morning but in relatively small amounts and spaced out appropriately until about an hour and a half ago where she blew two relatively good sized lines of her 40 mg pill. She's also had 100 mg of Vyvanse, prescribed which she took at around noon and a very small amount of blow earlier tonight (a very small line) she just seems very out of it, blurred vision, finds it a little hard to swallow and sometimes a tingling sensation in her arms as well as the obvious heavy eyes/snapping in and out of nodding but can force herself awake. She's not new to opiates or anything. Just to get an idea of her tolerance - she can blow a 30mg oxy and function perfectly fine and feel good.

Just trying to get a good idea of what to look out for/be concerned about in general. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
 
Opana/oxymorphone is stronger than oxycodone, how much of her 40mg pill has she had? Taking it with a stimulant can be dangerous because the stimulant can mask an overdose until it wears off, then someone can crash.. If you are concerned about her, get some medical help. The main things to look out for are decreased consciousness and shallow/slow breathing but this situation concerns me and we can't tell over the internet if she is okay or not - if you are worried, get some medical help..

Thank you for the quick reply. Well, As in the cumulative amount today? She probably shaved very roughly about 25 mg tops throughout the day beginning this morning when we woke up. They were all small responsibly sized lines spaced well apart... But about 2 hours ago she blew the rest of her pill (obviously very hard to tell with shaving the Opana) but I'd say it couldn't have been more than 10 mg in two good sized lines. She seems a little better now but still with a pretty strong urge to nod. She just had a small bump of the blow and although we realize the dangers when mixing stimulants (Vyvanse) and another stimulant, but it's been well over 12 hours since she's taken her prescribed Vyvanse and has only had very, very minimal amounts of cocaine.

Yes! We are both aware of the high potency of Opana and I've read about a handful of horror stories concerning uneducated people insuffaltating the drug without doing any prior research and taking oxy like doses.

I think she will be okay. She seems much more alert now. Now we know not too get to excited and over due it next time! Thanks again.
 
Good, I'm glad she seems better :) Be alert for her becoming more opiated again incase the stimulant is still having an effect, if it is then she could become more sedated when it wears off.

Hopefully she will be okay :) but if you are concerned at all I still think getting some medical assistance is the best thing. See how she goes and be safe, if you start to get concerned again don't hesitate to call an ambulance <3
