Today I have taken 300mg methylphenidate, 120mg orally and 180mg snorted. I have taken two tablets of Tranxene 50mg and 50mg tianeptine and too a capsule of ashwagandha that is an anxiolytic adaptogen. Half an hour ago I took 40mg orally and snorted 20mg. Now I am smoking a cigar because I like to do it after snort a stimulant. Can I snort the last 20mg?

Your use was already way past an unhealthy dose when you took the first 150-200mg. No, taking another 20mg is not going to be good for you, no one can tell you when you are about to OD on stimulants.
If you had no qualms about taking 280mg i don't see why you'd start asking if it's ok to do 300mg.
I'd like to help you Rafayte but you keep posting these kinds of threads and almost entirely ignore the responses you got from the last thread. These kind of high dosages are going to wear on your body and eventually your body won't be able to take it anymore.
