Too much acetaminophen? Should I go to ER?

I have been taking hydrocodone 10/325. About 12 a day. ( and no, i dont CWE, didnt know about it until today)The last few days I have taken 6 throughout the day and 6 at night in one dose. I know you cannot exceed 4000 mg of acetaminophen a day and this is just under. But the last 3-4 days I have taken the six at the same time at night (1950mg). Apparently you are only supposed to take 1000 mg at one time.
I know the signs acetaminophen poisoning don't show for a bit so do you think I a in trouble?

Sorry, the anonymous forum is not the best place to post if you need a fast reply. We also don't do emergency questions on Bluelight. Many of us are not medical professionals and even those who are cannot make a diagnosis over the internet. I assume you have already made your decision about whether to seek help or not since you posted this a week ago. But for future reference if you had less than 2000mg of APAP (acetaminophen) over each 24 hr period, and you only took it for 3-4 days, then you should be ok - barring any relevant health conditions or drug interactions etc of course. Just please don't make a habit of taking this much APAP on a regular basis. If you were taking it solely because you were taking a drug that contains APAP in the formulation, you can do a cold water extraction to remove the APAP in the future. The maximum APAP dose is considered by some to be around 3000mg-4000mg per 24 hrs, but again, you wouldn't want to take that much frequently. If you get any symptoms of APAP toxicity please seek medical attention even if you took less than 3000mg per day.
