Stimulants Too many stims in a 24hr period?

May 10, 10:23 AM: 2 x 40mg Vyvanse = 80mg
May 10, 11:35 AM: split open another 40mg capsule and only used about 20mg
May 10, 8:30 PM: 2 x 40mg Vyvanse = 80mg
May 11, 2:17 AM: .5mg Klonopin since i was having trouble sleeping

but it didn't seem to do anything, so now i am wondering if it would be dangerous to take a 20mg Adderall xr? i cant sleep so i might as well do something productive... i really like to draw and i'd like to see what i can come up with feeling like this.
 
It probably won't be physically dangerous, especially if you're taken clonazepam. However you're going to have a worse comedown and a higher tolerance of course.
