How long can I keep on with this before I risk long term health damage?

That's.. quite a timetable. I'd say the biggest immediate danger would be from the combination of depressants, specifically opis + benzos, though in general all these drugs can't be good for your overall mental health.

Why are you using all these drugs? Is it all medical? And if so, are they all really necessary?

To someone who takes nothing on a regular basis, that seems like an insane amount of meds. Opiates and benzos will just lead to tolerance raising incredibly high, and a huge combo like you are on can't be beneficial to your well being. You pretty much have every upper, downer, benzo, ssri, etc you can get. I can only see these making your life hell in the long run.

Coming off of all that will be a bitch.

Things to worry about for the future next 6-12 months: Liver and kidney damage because all that has to come out somehow. Mental well being, you could change very quickly mentally. Other internal organ damage. Hormonal changes. Mood swings. New disorders like generalized anxiety disorder. seizures.

The list is endless really.

Polydrug use comes with a lot of extra risks. From your list it sounds like it is indeed unsustainable.

Polydrug use also comes with polydrug dependence, and you are mixing all of the worst offenders(benzos, opiates, stimulants) + antipsychotics, and SSRI's. These drugs have interactions. There is no feasible way for you to continue like this forever.

You re-dose nearly 3 times a day on almost all of the drugs you listed, and the doses aren't exactly low. Your liver probably hates you, and your kidneys aren't much happier I'd assume.

You've tolerated these drugs so far, in my opinion the real risk here is what is going to happen when you stop.

If I were you I would start dropping and adjusting things from your little cocktail, slowly, and one by one until you get to a more reasonable combination at sustainable doses where you aren't re-dosing 3 times a day, either.

At least your dose of Abilify is very low. I take 10mg every day. Don't know if 2mg could do anything, tbh.

I'd remove the anti-psychotics (Seroquel, Abilify) and the Lamictal straight away, like no taper, off. The doses are low enough I doubt there will be any issues in doing that. I'd get off the Wellbutrin straight away, you don't need it with your other stims, and it lowers your seizure threshold significantly as do Seroquel, Ablilify, and Soma. So right there I easily removed 4 drugs that aren't doing you any good, you are down to 9. I'd switch to a different opioid analgesic or keep on just Opana, 50 mcg fentanyl is not a lot, so I'd least elimenate that straight away. That would remove an opioid from your cocktail of meds. I'd cut down on your Zoloft and get off of it, you'll feel your opiates better. So now were at 7, Dexedrine, Provigil, Opana, Klonipin, Restoril, Lyrica and Soma. I'd cut the dexies back to just 30 mg once a day, you have your Provigil to add to that. Amps are neurotoxic btw. Lyrica doesn't seem like an issue, nor do Klonipin or Restoril or Opana. Soma is Soma, I'd try to use more occassionally or a little less. Try to maybe trim your Klonipin dose a little, make things a little less dangerous. If you have an opoiod and benzo tolerance, and this combo hasn't killed you yet, it probs won't, not saying it is safe, but yeah. Keep you extra dexies on hand if your breathing becomes to depressed. So yeah those 7 sound better than those 13, still a wild cocktail, so BE safe, hope I can help.

Thanks, Alex... Yes, I need to cut back a lot.

Safe to cut immediately?

Seroquel
Abilify
Lamictal
Wellbutrin

Next, taper Zoloft...

Then slowly taper in doses with the opiate and amphetamines? What should be kept?

Yeah it is safe to cut all those psych drugs, please do ASAP. Then slow taper with Zoloft, or not, your choice, I would. I can't answer what should be kept, because I don't know your psych diagnoses or other conditions (e.g. pain) and how the drugs are working.

Meh, me neither. I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder; however, with these meds -- I never feel "down" or depersonalized.. I guess I feel pretty good all of the time. Which is just weird.

Obviously, aveoturbo. This doctor, however, is more or less "shady." So I'm thinking about finding a new one... But I kinda like the Opana script. More than anything else in the world.

I can't tell you what to keep, but I can tell you with confidence what do elimenate. And be safe with your arsenal of drugs.

How did you get that many prescriptions and are they all legitimate?

Psychiatric doctor who is aware of my medical regimen
Pain Clinic --> my best friend is a doctor here.

You can transfer to another doctor and keep all your meds but a proper doctor may not be happy with this list and will work with you to get you to a better regiment. Personally, I dont see this being safe for you for very long. I also dont know your current medical conditions nor am I a doctor so I cant make that assessment with validity. Sorry. Not trying to criticize ya. You may have a valid reason for all these drugs. But fuck all if you miss a dose of something or double a dose cus you weren't sure if you took it, etc.... Alot of bad shit could happen.

<snip>

the Opana is mine though!!!! That's kinda why I'm trying to do my own thing here.

Haha, what..is this for real? Why oxies, fent, and soma? Can't you just stick to one of them and call it a day?
Obtaining all of that must be like an insane scavenger hunt.

All I have to say is, definitely keep an eye out for liver damage. Any combination of persistent upper-right abdominal pain that spreads to the back, yellowing of your skin/eyes, or unusually dark urine, get to a doctor.

I don't want to tell you how to live your life, but maybe make that first goal within 3 months rather than 6.

Good luck, man
