I had this BAD, it was fucking excruciating. I've been up for around 2 days (come down was 3-4 days total) and it seems all the symptoms have vanished besides a slight headache.
To be honest, just eat and drink as much healthy shit as you can. I took 800MG 80% PURE MDMA GREEN BULLS over 3-4 days (which is actually worse than taking it all at once, because instead of the dose just depleting your serotonin levels and stopping, it was doing it over and over again, except the process will start completely over every time).
Believe me when I say it's all in your head. For me, it lasted around 3 1/2 days, and the biggest part of it is mental. I don't know how else to explain it because when you're in that state of mind no kind of advice or persuasion will help you 100% , you're basically fucked until you come to. It could be 2 days, it could be a week. That's the risk you take. Eventually, you will come to though, so don't think it's permanent. Those threads saying they've been stuck in a "come down" for months or weeks is based on loads of other factors.
I have really bad social anxiety, I probably haven't talked to a good friend for about a year. Pretty depressed, but overall I stay healthy. I was stupid and only skimmed the basic outline of mdma before I started taking it, because I never knew a drug could leave you fucked up like that. I was alone when I took them, only had a computer + music and occasionally I saw my mom. I took 8 tabs over 4 days along with 8 Vicodin 10//325mg. The come down hit me the 4th and final dose and was excruciating.
I was thinking it's permanent. And trust me, I have some BAD anxiety. If I can come out of something like this within a couple days with the anxiety and shit I have, you sure as hell can too if you recharge, eat right, and drink lots of OJ and water. Don't worry about it lasting forever or months, trust me it will not, you'll be fine in no time, as long as you follow a healthy diet, drink lots of water and OJ, and TAKE YOUR VITAMINS.
In case anyone see's this post here is a list of Vitamins that I took on my come down, and I think played a good part in the speedy recovery
- Omega-3 Fish Oil (About 2-3 in morning and 2-3 at night)
- Multi Vitamin drink Mix (1-2 a day)
- Vitamin C (Drink all the OJ you can, take Vitamin C tabs)
- Vitamin D (daily dose x2 , I believe this helped with the depression part)
- Vitamin B12, didn't have any tablets around but I got it in different forms
- Also try to get some 5-HTP before and after dosing, I didn't have this around at the time though
Here's a list of food/drinks I ate while on the "come down" that I think helped me out a lot in the speedy recovery
- Eggs + Wheat Toast
- Gatorade
- Loads of water and OJ
- Apples
- Rubarb
- Green Tea (Take this along with a shower at night time if you're having trouble calming down)
Also, take a shower no matter how bad you feel. It helps a lot.
This was enough for me to not touch mdma for a very long time though. I'll be sticking with more known drugs for now :D
