Hello kriistenh
I dont think many of us on here have the required knowledge or personal contact with you to answer this question with full authority. This is one for a Dr.
All I can tell you is Molly aka MDMA is a stimulant. If you had surgery on 15th August I would assume a full recovery has not taken place. Increasing your metabolic rate in this way and causing an element of unnecessary strain to your body has to be a bad thing to aid recovery.
Also drugs mess up your senses, MDMA in particular. If anything were to go wrong you might not feel it vs if you were sober.
My gut instinct sais AVOID. Avoid all drugs for a minimum of at least 3 months before you get the all clear from a DR.
Than about a week later I experienced bleeding and on August 24th had surgery to remove a blood clot in my throat and get some stitches to stop the bleeding.
Complications clearly do happen. Sounds like this is complex and sensitive surgery.
Please for your own safety avoid the drugs.
I am not against taking E by any means but in this case I feel any other advice would be dangerous and irresponsible.
To be truly fail safe I would also avoid cigarettes, alcohol and caffeine.
Just go to the rave, enjoy your friends and value your life.
I hope this helps you out.
take care
