Tomorrow i'm trying fentanyl and need some help.

- im about 4-5, 7.5 vikes of having a tolerance to opiates
- 130lbs is tha weight.
- i'm rolling face right now. will that effect tomorrow? any negative side effects with fentanyl and ecstasy the night before?
- how should i take these, there 50 mcg patches?

If you have a tolerence you should be alright, just start very slowly and work your way up.

The only negative side effects I could think of would be is maybe a comedown from the Ecstasy, but fentanyl should be able to relieve you of that just like any other strong opiod would.

I dont really know fentanyl dosages since ive never used it but you could try just putting a patch on and see if that works, if not you could cut it up into chunks and stick them into your mouth like you would sublingually.

cut the fent in 6 peaces chew 1 peace 10 min, your on your way from there. you will learn ypur dose. no more then 1 peace at first. let me know

I've only done fentanyl pops, so I don't know how patches work at all - but if you are referring to 4-5 Vicodins in terms of your tolerance, I wouldn't consider that high. Definitely start slow - fentanyl is a very potent drug, obviously and is in a totally different league from Vics.

You have posted about this before I think. It's a craps shoot. If you still get off on vicodin I would go slow... You can always take more but you can't take less. With your tolerance don't fuck around with the gel patchesl .
