Benzos Tolerance so high I don't get why people enjoy benzos at all

I have been taking benzos for a long time (years atp) every single day as prescribed, and only started getting into the habit of abusing it slightly over the past year or so. Never did I find it recreational at all, so if you do enjoy benzos, why? How so? And what is your usual dose?

I find them a bit dull and boring, so I'm leading with the assumption that most people are not abusing actual prescription benzos but pills cut with something else. Even sublingual is a bit boring!

I would like to point out the actual reason for the existence and development of benzodiazepines. They are essentially medications. Many people suffer from problems such as anxiety, stress, depression... Benzodiazepines were developed to treat these conditions (instantly).

Of course, they can also be abused, which is what most people here on BL do. Naturally, this leads to undesirable conditions (such as tolerance, dependence, side effects...).

In my opinion, benzodiazepines are medications and, as such, are not primarily intended to be used to “get high.” They only develop their true potential when used to treat specific and given psychosomatic illnesses.

Other substances are better suited for getting high.

Daily as prescribed, that is called abuse here. 3 weeks top medical guidelines say. No wonder they do little at that point then keeping symptoms of discontinuation away. Never felt much recreational purpose in them. Even Clonazolam which is considered great or Flunitrazepam [the -lam version was even shittier] just good way s to get to sleep when insomnia setted in.

Pagoclone didn t do it for me 10/ 30 mg bunk RC ? But was touted as the Alcohol substitute. So that trail didn t lead to anywhere good Pyenazolam is that the correct name ? Sounded better but never tried it. Only exception for me Temazepam. That was a bit like the Alcohol or GHB version of Benzo s. It actually gave a nice high while awake, it was considered one of the better alternatives by dr s here. Seems way to short and pleasurable for sleep.

Imo till today the only euphoric one, Etizolam still was the best under the sun for general use. Not recreational for me but best in allround effect s.
