Yes you will. Parts of the tolerance will be permanent i.e. the feeling that you've found "an answer" and total euphoria. Mood lift, anorexic effects, stimulation, and to a certain extent empathy can be prolonged by taking tolerance breaks. Negative effects such as irritability and perhaps depression will become more prominent until you stabilize (I think this can take a few weeks to a few months but I was going to ask a similar question so I might make another thread for this). High blood pressure and effects on concentration and a mild antidepressant effect will moat likely continue indefinitely.
Tolerance to stimulants tends to be hard to get rid of. It could take years of not being on it after taking it for a few months to relive ones first experience. Or it may not be feasible.
