Tolerance Question (if i...)

if I dosed 1 tab of LSD at 3 pm Wednesday, then around 5-6 pm dosed about 1.5 grams of shrooms..and tripped until about 12:30 am thursday...would i be okay to dose 2 tabs by Saturday or Sunday?

Well, you probably wouldn't feel the mushrooms and you'd have a very disappointing trip at the weekend. LSD tolerance is the longest lasting of the lot. You could probably take the mushrooms on Wednesday and the LSD at the weekend but not the other way round.
 
You'll probably not get as much out of it them, but probably not to substantial of a loss. I'd recommend waiting at least a week in between trips to minimize tolerance and keep the magic. Though I wouldn't continually trip at a week interval. I've dosed multiple psychs in less than a week and still have a blast, but it can take a toll on the mind and future experiences if over used.

i'm not taking any mushrooms though haha. just pure lsd on sunday. LSD tolerance is 3 days compared to the week long tolerance of shrooms, so how can that be the longest lasting? i was just worried about cross tolerance since i took both shrooms and acid, if the 3 day rule still applies now..hm

by the way, acid and shrooms is a GREAT combination;p
 
I think LSD tolerance is a lot longer than 3 days if you want to get any real psychedelic effects out of it.

LSD is longer lasting that mushrooms - on an LSD trip you're under the influence of the drug for at least 23-36 hours. With mushrooms it's about 8 hours. You feel me? :)

hm..you mean afterglow and EVERYTHING included? cuz i thought an lsd trip was 8-12 hours, and a mushie trip was 5-6. but i get you, if your information is correct, anyone else wanna jump in to verify?i probably won't trip seeing as it might not be the best idea, but if i can still have a great trip effects wise i might....
 
A drug's duration of action is not a reliable indicator of the duration of its tolerance. Granted, LSD tolerance definitely lasts longer than 3 days. You'll get diminished effects unless you want to up the dose a bit. which I'd never want to do with a substance as rare and expensive as L, lol
 
why dont you just wait until the weekend and take LSD and shrooms at the same time

Yeah. Have you ever tried taking acid 12 hours after you took acid? It doesn't work does it.

Just take the drugs whenever you want man, no-one can tell you what you'll feel. For me it would be a complete waste of acid because I know the tolerance lasts a lot longer than 3 days. Perhaps you'd be happy with the effects you'll get. Experience is the best teacher.

Tolerance can be overcome with dose, especially if your initial dose was light. This is fact that many of us have personally confirmed, many times.

The longer you continue to build tolerance by steady use, the more exponentially difficult it becomes to overcome it with dose. Psychedelic tolerance doesn't work fundamentally differently than regular drug tolerance, it just occurs more rapidly and to a greater degree. I guarantee you if I took 1 hit blotter on Wednesday and then took 10 hits blotter Friday, I would certainly trip harder than I had on Wednesday.

Not for me it can't. An LSD trip on Wed means a massive drop of in effects on Saturday. Certainly doubling the dose gets you nowhere near the first trip.

Perhaps. But I wouldn't be as moronic as to waste 10 trips of acid like that.

QFT. At least for me. Took 2 hits, then 4 days later I took 4 hits while still buzzing a bit of 3 E pills, I tripped A LOT harder than I did before, but at the same time I was more fucked up when I took the 2 hits. Your mind needs to "forget" what happens after an acid trip, because the best part is not knowing whats gonna happen as your trip progresses. I was visually tripping so hard I couldnt look at something with out it morphing and growing/stretching, colors everywhere, but my mind wasnt in it.

You can still trip, just except to feel more fucked up than usual, and your thoughts wont be as deep/complex as with acid
