Tolerance on PEAs and Ts

So, what is yours? I'm really interested in this topic cause this actually defines how often can we trip... Without losing effects.

How long do you wait after taking a PEA/T for another trip with no reduction in trip strenght due to tolerance after previous trip?

I find that after 3-5 days there is still a little tolerance left, but after at least a week I find no tolerance remaining.
